Delivery and Returns

If you wish to return items for exchange/refund please return items with original invoice. If you no longer have your invoice then a covering letter explaining your reason for return should be supplied. We will then contact you via email/telephone to confirm receipt and advise if we believe that the goods are in fact faulty. If the goods are deemed to be faulty, we shall issue a replacement or issue refund and cover all return postage costs.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund.

Items must be in original, unused, saleable condition – with all hangers, labels and wrappings in their original condition. 

Exchanges/refunds will be issued AFTER item has been returned and subject to satisfactory inspection.

Standard Refunds (ie none faulty) will be cost of item less postage & packaging costs – which are included in the sale price of our products.

Faults

We do not experience many faults, but if you believe you have a faulty product we would ask you to return it to us within a reasonable period of time (using the returns form on your invoice) and post to us at our registered address.
